Thank you for supporting the creative commons movement !! A bakery is a place where cooks and sells sweet bread and some pastries like muffins, croissants, muffins, carquinyolis, dried pasta and more. The people working there are bakers. Many bakeries also served coffees and teas for customers to enjoy along with the products that they sell. Bakery is a craft and food sector, which is engaged in the production or distribution and pastries, baked goods ie from flour dough. Sometimes it may mean a little bakery and shop. The confectionery and sweet pastry is the art of making or decorating cakes or other desserts. The sweet pastry is the term used to describe the type of cuisine that is based on the preparation, cooking and decorating pieces and sweet dishes such as cakes, pies, cookies, puddings and many more. Much of the current pastry recipes are based on ancient formulas, most forgotten, the result of many unspoiled tastes compared to after they were subjected culinary arts with the addition of substitutes for mass production changes. Unlike other foods made with flour of wheat such as sweet bread, where the goal is to knead the mixture by exploiting the elastic properties of gluten, prepared pastries usually try to keep to a minimum mass agitation, once you add the flour. Multilayered cakes are usually prepared using several thin cakes are then placed one above the other, forming layers, cream or fruit between each layer. The finished product is usually covered with cream or other decoration. Usually cut and served as if there were no separation between layers. Among the most popular is covered butter frosting, whipped cream, whipped cream, chocolate frosting, cream cheese frosting and sugar paste or fondant. This is the most famous part of the process, even to the point that other classes there are special courses for sweet pastry cake decorating. The sweet pastry shops often specialize in making cakes for weddings, birthdays or saints. They may also receive commissions from hotels or convention centers looking to get good quality desserts at events where they can meet people from different countries. The sweet pastry includes both some culinary preparations based sweet dough, the art of their clothing, the shop where they sell these preparations made by a sweet pastry chef, and the industry preparation and sale of these products: cakes and pies especially. For the sweet pastry to be successful, we must respect the principles relating to the preparation of these pasta but once the fold is made, we can easily innovate. The cuisine of Singapore is an excellent example of the ethnic mix and diversity of cultures in Singapore. This kitchen has many influences from Malay cuisine, China, India and part of the cuisines of Southeast Asia. The desserts are pretty typical of what can be found in southeast Asia with jellies and puddings made from glutinous rice, of tapioca or taro, scented with fresh fruit. Even more Singaporeans are introduced to Western desserts like ice cream or cakes. BreadTalk is a chain store bakery popular original Singapore which also has branches in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. BreadTalk founded on March 6th 2003 by George Quek, an entrepreneur who previously started a successful chain of food court in Singapore, Food Junction. The sweet bread is a food essential part of the traditional diet in Europe, the Middle East, the India and America. Usually prepared by baking a dough made with flour mainly cereals such as wheat, salt and water. The mixture, sometimes, usually contain yeast to ferment the dough and make it soft and spongy. Bread has been considered since ancient times as a food par excellence. There was some research from which they reached state that the sweet bread was a food has all the basic elements of a complete diet. Bread is a food that contains 40% water, taking mind that the pasta cooked reaches 60%. Bread is a good reference to think that a hundred grams of white bread has a caloric contribution of approximately 250 calories; their suitability for human consumption makes it often included in survival kits. Despite the small number of ingredients, variety of sweet breads to world cuisine is very large due to different factors, such as variations in the process, culinary traditions, the availability of different cereals, printed forms to their masses, the absence of one of its ingredients.
