Located amidst the bustling shopping area in Chong Pang Market, Bread Fresh is one of my favorite place for "Roti Kaya"-A local version of baguette sandwich with butter and creamy coconut kaya. Freshly baked and made. Location is at Block 103, Yishun Ring Road, #01-65. The baguette is crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside and it stays that way even hours later. That's why I love it. Best eaten on an afternoon tea dunked in Chinese aromatic Coffee. Yummy! More Yummilicious stories.. Do subscribe and check out linamasrina.com

Tamara Gunziger, a former radiologist from Bern, is about to open her own bakery in Singapore. She hopes that people in the eastern town of Tampinees, where she now lives, will soon be eating croissants for breakfast. Visited this local bakery called Creative Bakery at West Coast, located opposite West Coast Community Club. Plenty of interesting breads, cakes and other buns. Bought some stuff and decided also to try the Tiramisu cake. Had it when I got home, with some black coffee. The cake slice wasn't big but it was very awesome in taste!
Jenny Bakery Tsim Sha Tsui Branch Our Experience in Buying Cookies. Our experience in buying cookies from Jenny Bakery, at the Tsim Sha Tsui branch. It was quite an experience! Just check out the long lines. Amazing popularity, with many tourists. We stayed at a nearby hotel. When we first went in the afternoon, the lines were too long and the weather was very hot, yet there were so many people! We went back again to queue closer to 7pm (they close at 7pm). The line was much shorter now. Better still, it was not as hot! It gets very hot in Hong Kong in September. How did the cookies taste? Not bad, but not sure if it would be worth it to queue in the sun/rain for so long. But since we stayed nearby, it was quite fun to go through this experience. They only allow you to buy ...
Asanoya's story begins in the year 1933, where it served as a store catering to foreign embassies and diplomats of various countries. The Karuizawa shop was very well-received and soon grew to be a favourite destination for the noble class. With the increased demand for European-type hard breads, Asanoya began to improve their baking skills, techniques and facilities, thus successfully integrating bread into the diversity of Japanese food culture. http://www.asanoya.asia/#&slider1=3
